From now on all turns are REQUIRED to have a Battle section where you post your ongoing battles, detailing what forces you are attacking with and how many forces you are up against.
No need for strategies or something just something that says that I attack person B with "this" and he defends with "this".
------------Example-------------
Battle:
Liberty attack "X" base
Liberty Forces: 1 CL4, 23 CL2, 80 SHF, 20 LF X Forces: 90 LF

What about secret moves?

Let me quote this paragraph again, this time with emphasis on another part of it:
You can move secretly, but if you want to attack, you have to decloak.

My battle strategy still involves my cloaked forces. I know the rules you don't need to quote them to me.

I think that it's fair to say that any advantage gained from cloaking will be included in the battle results, as long as you make them explicitly clear in your strategy.
